Dutch lottery
Also known as the "class lottery."
As distinguished from the "Genoese lottery" (q.v.), it is a scheme in which the number and value of the prizes are regularly estimated, all the ticket holders are interested at once in the play, and chance determines whether a prize or a blank falls to a given number
